We are always encouraging one another to pray and believe for family, friends and communities to be set free, to be born again, to be healed and to be delivered.
“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.” (Matt 11:12; NKJV)
Now let's clarify this force thing, IT DOES NOT MEAN TO BEAT SOMEONE OVER THE HEAD WITH THE BIBLE, or try and push your ideals on others. It really means to trust God, believe God, be obedient to God, let His word do the talking.
Here is an example from Joshua. The Lord told the children of God what to do and how to do it, and they listened and were obedient, and look at the result. The walls of Jericho came down. “By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they were encircled for seven days.”(Heb 11: 30; NKJV)
Then he (Elisha) said to the king of Israel: ““Take the arrows”; so he took them. And he said to the king of Israel, “Strike the ground”; so he struck three times, and stopped. And the man of God was angry with him, and said, “You should have struck five or six times; then you would have struck Syria till you had destroyed it!But now you will strike Syria only three times.”(II Kings 13:18
Force means to compel, coerce, constrain and oblige; it means to make someone or something yield. The word typically suggests overcoming of resistance or unwillingness by an irresistible force.
It’s us who need to yield, it’s us who are unwilling to yield to God's ways.
So, I urge you if you want to see change or obtain something, then drop to your knees and pray and don't stop until you see the end result.Even if it means doing it seven times, even if it means to do it for 7 days (that’s 168 hrs.). Obedience, prayer in faith with patience, will bring the results.
“Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses.” (Joshua 1:3; NKJV)
So, let's take it!
